Unless there is a need to have multlple instances of QuickCall running it is advised that you limit the system to only allowing one instance per user.

 

 

Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Settings icon.

Step 2

Click on the Advanced tab

Step 3

Uncheck the "Enable multiple copies of QuickCall to launch" box.

Click Save and Close
