The connection settings for QuickCall can be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\GreenGate Software Solutions\QuickCall 4\Connection.ini

The file is used by the client to link it to the server, the file should contain a [Connection Details] section as shown below:

SQL_DATABASE=QuickCall4
SQL_HOST_SERVER=<SERVER>
SQL_SERVER=<SERVER>\<INSTANCE>

for example if the hosting server is called MS01 and the SQL instance is called GREENGATE the settings would looks like this:

SQL_DATABASE=QuickCall4
SQL_HOST_SERVER=MS01
SQL_SERVER=MS01\GREENGATE

Occasionally the installer will set the value of SQL_SERVER to be (local)\GREENGATE, in this situation (local) should be replaced with the name of your sever.

These settings should be updated in the central respository which by default is located on the host server in C:\Program Files (x86)\GreenGate Software Solutions\QuickCall 4\Repository
