Step 1

Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2

Select the button you want to modify and click on the edit icon

Step 3

Click on the Advanced tab

Step 4

Select the appropriate item from the Close request after drop down list.

By default requests are not automatically closed and require users to respond before they are removed.

Step 5

Click Save and Close
