To help staff quickly identify the type of request being sent you are able to change the colour of the request border, if no border colour is selected the system defaults to red. |

Step 1
Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the Buttons icon.

Step 2
Select the button you want to amend and click on the edit icon
|

Step 3
Select a border colour from the Response Border drop down
Click Save and Close
|
