Removing mapped groups in QuickCall 4 does not affect users and groups in Active Directory.
Step 1Log in to the QuickCall 4 Manager and click on the settings icon, and then the Groups Mappings tab. |

Step 2Click on the - symbol to right of the mapping pane |

Step 3If you are sure you want to remove the mapping click Yes.
